Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which storage technologies the counselhub.mx site uses and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. There are similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, that serve similar functions.
2. What we use on this site
This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not create visitor profiles. We only use the following necessary technical storage:
- Cookie notice: we store in your browser that you have already seen this notice, so we do not show it to you on every page.
- Language notice on the Chinese version: we store that you have already seen the notice about the language of our communications, so we do not repeat it during your visit.
This information stays in your browser, contains no personal data and is not used to identify you.
3. Third party services
To display the site we load some third party resources, which receive technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, in accordance with their own policies:
- Google Fonts, for the site's typefaces.
- Unsplash, for the photographs.
- Netlify, which hosts the site and records technical data for security purposes.
- Google Apps Script, which receives the contact form data only when you submit it.
Links to WhatsApp, Amazon and our news sources take you to third party sites with their own privacy and cookie policies.
4. How to control or delete cookies
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings. If you do, the site will keep working and you will simply see the informational notices again.
5. Changes to this policy
If we use other cookies in the future, for example analytics cookies, we will update this policy and, when the law requires it, ask for your consent before enabling them.
For any questions, write to us at contacto@counselhub.mx. Please also see our Privacy Notice and our Terms and Conditions.
